Oh for sure as far as going to a Dealer for any body panel issues where warrantable, but in my case, I did it myself. Even if a Dealer is to try to align the upper corners of the trunk lid, they will have to mess with the hinge bolts and the set screw - which means, the paint will get chipped in the process, there’s no way to avoid it (and they are supposed to use touch up paint if that happens).Ford, and their quality are really letting their Mustang customers down. My trunk lid is fine (at least I think it is, I'm going to look at it closer now), but the hood isn't aligned worth a damn. The Flat Rock employees and the QC people need to get their chit together. I don't know what's happened to them since my '13 GT. It was put together right.
Cobra, I'm letting my dealers body shop take care of the hood. You may want to check with yours to see what they say before trying a DIY project. IMHO
