Hi Michael,

We are in the process of trying to get a Mustang here sometime in May or June so our clients can have a look and a feel. This will be a costly exercise for us so we are trying to generate enough interest.

Please let me know if you would be interested if we decide to go ahead.

We were lucky enough to have a local dealer here in the UK who had an Ecoboost Premium in the showroom for one weekend only, just before Christmas. It was doing the rounds of a few dealers, so I had to move quick.

I actually visited twice. First with a couple of Mustang owning friends........and my camera battery died. So I went back an hour later for some more photos. The salesman did a double take when I walked back in

Rebel Ford here in SA. I would have thought the car will be be going to other dealers too.

No doubt Ford Australia has at least one Mustang here, although why we haven't seen it doing the rounds yet is beyond me. As Twin Turbo says, they had one in the UK before Christmas.

I got a call last week from my dealer inviting me to view a display model of the Mustang. Apparently Ford is bring one out from the US- which will then go to selected dealers around the country.
I was also told that this will be invitation only and wont be open to the public - ie those who have put down a deposit. He also said that they will only have it in the dealership for 12 hrs.
This is expected to happen sometime between May to July and is most likely to be a LHD model.

funny, this seems to be one of the few times that Europeans are looking forward to an American car whereas we are always looking to see what BMW, BENZ, Porsche......
has to offer yet you guys already have them in your driveway!

There are currently two Mustangs in Australia.

Yep, a LHD US spec.........but we'll take what we can get here in the UK
