The code the dealer gave me was different than that web page says. The dealer told me F71174C but the web page says 71C174. So the dealer was wrong about every single character! But if you throw away the leading F, what was left had all the right characters but completely jumbled!

Unfortunately, COTUS still can't find my order even with the dealer code from the web page. Maybe I need to enter the letters in my last name in every possible order and with a random character thrown in. SMH

I feel your pain. I also noticed that the dealer code number was different from what the dealer had written on my order preview (smae letters, different order). So I am not sure why they are doing that.

Still, I tried that and nothing. I have tried every single combination, nothing. This after three weeks. When I called them two days ago they gave me a VIN number. I entered that and THAT worked, BUT it was for a car delivered two months ago. So you got to ask yourself if they are incompetent, ignorant, stupid OR dishonest. Because it's got to be one of these.

What bugs me the most is not the wait, but not knowing if this has even gotten through...

I checked mine (also a 16) and it worked. I had completely given up on this site. It still comes up all messed up, the top of the page never loads correctly, but it indicated my car was on its way!

It won't cough up the window sticker, and it does not show the racing stripe on the list of options, so I hope they did not screw up...

Didn't work for me. I have a 2016 on order. Used order ID, dealer ID, and last name. Dont have a VIN yet.

Just put your VIN in the bottom.

Delivery date is scheduled for the 18, less than two weeks (if all goes well). I remember feeling like this when I was a kid, the weeks before Christmas!

The thing is, I don't know what came over me, I have never been interested in Mustangs... this one, though, I just felt I had to have it - new!

FWIW I ordered 12 days before you and have had the car for two weeks now. Also in Phoenix. It got here about 2 weeks before their estimate.

Well that's good to hear. My wife and I will be in Europe, leaving May 8th. Car due May 14th. If it came in a couple weeks early, she'll be a happy camper.

Last I heard from my dealer was my car is scheduled to be built on 4/21 and delivery early May.

Tried my VIN yesterday on wwwqa.cotus.ford.com and it worked as well ... THANKS ... :cheers:

Got an Estimated Delivery date of 05/09 !!

Was really enjoying being able to track the progress of my car ... oh well, fun while it lasted !!

It was built last Wednesday and was still in the "Awaiting Shipment" stage yesterday, and estimated delivery date was still 5/9.

Same issue here. Mine was ready to be shipped. Why can't Ford figure this out?
