COTUS still shows my order in-processing. My dealer has a build date of 10/27/14. How long does COTUS info usually lag dealer info?

I don't think COTUS necessarily lags with info. It's just that the dealer vehicle tracking system has more details whereas the COTUS site just shows high level steps (In Order Processing, In Production, etc.). There are sub-statuses within those high level steps. I believe they were visible before the changed the source code visibility (ex. In Order Processing - Scheduled to Day 10-27-14).

I pretty much got the same story today. Only Rachel from ford service told me mine was still on track for 10/27 but COTUS is still showing In Order Processing. :shrug:

Same here. My order went from "In Order Processing", to "In Production" for about half a day, now back to "In Order Processing" with and estimated delivery date. PM'ed Rachel, she said it hasn't been delayed and is still on track. I know COTUS is still in beta so I'm going to assume that's the problem.

Yep...mine still says in order processing and my dealer said a build date of 10/27 with a estimated delivery date of 11/17

I hope you aren't frustrated too much, with that whole 1 week wait to get a vin and all.
