Dashboard rattle

I've managed to track down rattle in my dash to the shift lights mounted in the driver's side upper dash. Is there a way for me to access this? The helm service manual doesn't really seem to mention the shift lights anywhere.

I have the same rattle form the shift lights. I managed to get it to stop form time to time with some pressure, but have considered just clear taping the damn thing.
