For some reason I never noticed....but mine is the same. I appreciate the heads up.....but my car OCD won't allow me to unsee it.....so I'll need to fix it / get it fixed. Add me to the list of owners looking for advice on fixing it other than the dealer.

Did you try to push on the dash to lock it in place?

I know most are not YouTube fans... but it looks like it just snaps in with clips. Probably wasn’t set correctly at the factory.

Looks like the OPs twin. Same thing - pops back out if you try to push it in. I don't know for sure if it was like that when I took delivery last May so it may have been loose and has popped out due to some "spirited driving."

Just try to remove it really really careful, it's easy to break something in that CF part.

Just start from the top, where the gap is, and move it to the right, you will feel the clip noise, keep doing that until that gap has gone. You don't need to remove it because I didn't, it fitted along with movements.
