People look at me as if I'm a freak as they drive by me.

The noise temporarily goes away as I smack on the dash.

I finally got her back (it took so long to align my schedule with the Service Department so I could pick it up, not because it was a 3 day fix, FYI).

They popped the panel off, insulated it, and put it back on. I've only driven ~40 miles since the insulation, but I haven't heard the rattle at all. I'll post here again after a few hundred more miles just to let you all know if it's 100% gone or not.

Hey guys, as promised, just making a quick update:

I've driven 500+ miles since the dealership insulated the rattling panel. So far I haven't heard it make a peep . I suggest taking it in if you're having the same issue. Just know that it might take a day or so to get the car back.

It sucks that you have to go waste time to get a rattle fixed instead of ford fixing the issue before delivery of the cars, my door had a big rattle,now that I installed a new sound system,they took off the door panels and there where clips that werent even pressed in so there you go for quality inspection, but got dynamat installed and the said they had pressed foam inside and between somethings where it could be an issue later and so far 400miles no rattles
