I have a Roush P2 with the Roush tune loaded. I ordered the SCT4 and custom VMP tune with IAT relocate. Today I installed the IAT relocate, loaded stock tune, then loaded the custom tune. Started and had a problem code P0315. I then did a crank relearn, which it took and cleared the code. Shut off, restarted and went out for a drive. Any more than about 10% throttle and the car goes into some kind of limp mode, throttle has no response at all and RPM's sit around 700. If I put it in park, shut it off, and restart it is ok again until exceeding approximately 10% throttle while in drive. It idles fine, shifts fine, no missing and seems to be ok until it just shuts down after giving it any more than minimum throttle.

I reloaded the stock tune a second time, then the custom tune a second time with the same result. The second time I did not get the P0315 error again but the car still shuts down with anything more than about 10% throttle. I only other thing I did was install the IAT relocate sensor/harness. I double checked all connections and reseated, all seem good.

I have a ticket in with VMP but wondering if anyone has had something similar I can fix this weekend?

Have you tried unplugging it all and re connecting it back up.
Yes. Just tried a third time back to stock, then custom tune. Also did another crank relearn. Same result.

It will be something in the tune, mine ran like shit on one of my tunes, he said I can see what it is, right away and amended it, been fine since, although that was when I had just the cai with the insert taken out.
Did you fit the charger yourself.

No, installed by finish line performance and had been running ok on the Roush tune for about 500 miles.

So is this the base tune that's not right. Have you done any logging.
Can you not flash the roush tune back.

No. Roush tune was encrypted, it’s gone. Flashed base tune to erase Roush tune, then custom tune per VMP instructions. Looks like I’m waiting until Monday.
