custom order price equal final price?

Thanks for all the responses. When I ordered all I got was a paper which I signed that has order f130, priority 10, order type x, price level 520. Msrp for gt premium, 400a, auto, sec pack, 3.55 slip, 68b trim and navi= 40350. Xplan price 37963.

It's a legitimate retail order, x-plan so Ford would have some questions for your dealer if they did not honor it at this point. I wouldn't worry about it. What does the source code say in Cotus? Is it still a customer order?

IDK sounds like he only signed the VOC or order printout :shrug:
but should be ok since they ordered it that way.

Where is the source code? Cotus says it's processing and all it has is my order # and Vin #. It doesn't have a build date but I got a email from dealer that it will have a start date end of the month

Is that my source code? I'm a little lost when it comes to cotus. I just saw my order number and vin.

I use google, but right click on your cotus page. View Source. CTRL F and type lastc in search box. Everything is there, even the 355's are buried in the code. Nice car by the way.

When it's a retail order and the dealer plays games you do not have to accept it. Ford will question the dealer because X-plan is a contract price.

I don't see why they would have a mark up on a retail order. They should have informed you of the markup when you ordered. I call BS! Don't ask them if there will be a mark up. You should have said, I'm glad I ordered retail to avoid this bullshit. Make it loud and clear from the get go that you aren't paying for that crap.
