jc.. not sure what you're referring to, but this is the email invoice they sent me.
As you can see, the Trim is Dark/British Racing Green, and the logo color matches trim.

Their website doesn't say that: https://www.logocarmats.co.uk/product/ford-mustang-bullitt-car-mats-bullitt-logos/
See for yourself :D. But guess you got what they have posted. It clearly says on the description below that the photo has 'dark british racing green' trim, and 'dark green' logo. There's no 'matching' color anywhere on the logo pull-down menu, as you can see. But no big deal; we all know it won't match, but at least it's relatively close. I'll order it just like the photo too.

Just got mine today and here is what I ordered in regards to color:
  • Trim Colour:
    Dark/British Racing Green

  • Logo Colour:
    Dark Green
So I think I would rate these a 7/10. I don't seem to have any issues with the stitching on mine. I tried to take a natural color picture to show what the green actually looks like; see the photo of the mat on the blue packaging. Fit was perfect and the driver's side snapped right in with no issue. I took an up close of the logo as it is actually an octagon shaped piece.

Thanks a lot for those photos, SD. And also for straighten out the color 'controversy'. Ha ha. Looks like the way it's shown on their website (like you ordered), is the way to go. However, that logo just looks like crap... plus they can't even install it straight. I assume that's why you rated them a 7, right? If there's something else, please speak :D. After looking at your mats, I'd probably just order mine without the logo... if those guys ever reply (3rd attempt in a month unsuccessful so far); I asked them if the heel pad could be moved forward, since it's borderline being out of range. Will check to see if there's a provision for notes, in case they don't, to explicitly request no logo and heel pad as forward as possible.

So far I'd rate their customer service as a 0/10. And the mats based on SD's photos, a 6/10. First of all, naming that color 'dark/british racing green' is an insult to the UK. Ha ha. So 1 less there. Another point for the heel pad not being positioned correctly. And 2 for the cheesy (an octagon? Really?), and badly installed logo. Since I don't care about the stitching either, no deductions there, but no wonder why they seemed so cheap initially. Ha ha. I'd pay $20 extra for a nice logo (installed straight), a proper 'british racing green' color, and heel pad where it should be. Rant off. Ha ha. I'd basically order a set to put carpet mats on the back (instead of the rubber ones I have now), and if the mucus green border doesn't bother me that much, then use those as well. The patch was a great idea, but awful execution :D.

jc.. on the website if you open the dropdown list you should see:

Dark Green
White
Silver
Gray
Match Chosen Trim Colour

I chose the - Match Chosen Trim Colour, in the understanding that it would match my selected trim colour of Dark/British Racing Green.
But in reality, that logo selection may default to the Dark Green logo.

I suppose I would give it a 7/10 also, but as I stated earlier I'm not too anal about this sort of thing.
I'm just delighted that it has the Bullitt insignia, which I think is pretty cool.
And I've been looking for carpeted rear mats for awhile, and the only ones I found were $78 bucks, crazy huh.
So for $88 I was glad to get the whole set, and with the Bullitt logo.

For me the color is fine and the heel protector is far enough forward to work as a protector.
And when on cruise control I'll bring my right foot back and rest it squarely on the protector.

Honestly, I would have been happy to pay $150 for the set, so for me it's a bargain.
Naturally, ymmv.

In regards to my rating; I am not a mat connoisseur :) so take it with a grain of salt. Also the purpose of the mats for me was something more unique that I can wear out and that covered the rear floor since I have kids that are often in the back. The logo definitely left a lot of room for improvement and is the primary driver for my point deduction. I wish they had a color option that matched but I knew the color was not going to be exact prior to ordering but I don't think it looks bad in the car but it would have been nice.

Those stupid guys never respond, so don't bother trying. I'm going to look for a better alternative, even if more expensive, and without any logos. They have the worst customer service I've seen (basically NONE), and crap quality on the logo (and the stitching, although I don't personally care about that)... which is the only attraction of those mats IMO, so will take my business elsewhere. I'd be embarrassed of showing my mats with those stupid crap octagon logos, and installed crooked, to make matters even worse. No thank you. Ha ha. Any other suggestions wecome :D.
