Current Build Week 11/17 Tracking Thread

I was hoping for a build week of the 10th, but that didn't happen. Looks like we will be seeing them the week after Thanksgiving hopefully. If mine isn't delivered till the 8th, I won't see it till the 15th.....dang work trip!

Just got my VIN today. Based on the latest report from RisingForce it looks like I'm in the week of 11-17 as well. How long after receiving a VIN does it usually take to get a build date in COTUS?

Once you get a VIN, that usually means you are scheduled to a build date, and parts have been allocated for your Mustang. If you have a VIN I'd call your dealer to find out your build date, although your build date may change up until your around 8 days before your car is built to get it more "set in stone"

So if you have a 11/17 build date for example, your car should go into production 11/10, and be built BY 11/17 or 1-2 days after 11/17.

Once you do go into production on 11/10, your window sticker will appear and start working 11/11, then soon to follow you will get your estimated delivery date and countdown.

VIN assigned 10/16, Build week 11/17 according to dealer. Not very far off!

Just a reminder for everybody seeing 11/17 as your build date. As it gets closer, probably around 11/10, you will all get dispersed throughout that week. So you will end up with a build date between 11/17 and 11/21. Meaning you should see COTUS update with a date in the first box between 11/10 and 11/14, when you go into production.

Sent an email to my dealer yesterday asking them to make a change to the real axle gear ratio on my order. They responded promptly indicating they sent the request to Ford, and mentioned I was scheduled for the week of 11/17. I hope my change request doesn’t slip my build date!
