Shipping prices not great, they use FedEx. My last order was the GT350 steering wheel which was 3kg and shipping was about $95, but the price of the item was $100 below retail so it compensated for it.

This thread was created prior to the first Australian deliveries - we weren't aware back then that they came with the cars.

My EcoBoost actually came with an ashtray insert for the cupholder which I removed - it's still lying around somewhere.
And yes there is an NFC in the base of the rear cupholder (lift up the rubber bottom) used for programming the fob (and also for if the key fob battery is flat i believe)
