My plates are affixed to my Lakin plate brackets with velcro (recessed Command Strips) by design.

They stick like shit to a blanket.

Does anybody have an alternative to the Latin plate bracket ?

I still have 2x slim line Lakins never used, still in the box. Ended up changing number plates which I could only get as 2x normal size, not slim line. Also have the Vic plates OPONYO.

Hey Troy,
I got the screw in plates. The car is a 3 years old now, it shows the patina of age with a few stone chips. I’m not worried about a couple of fixing holes for the plates. However, when the car was brand new and pristine, a different matter!
