I have a JPC fuel drain kit that I used a while back and then I took it off the fuel line and put it away. I took it out recently and found this extra part. I dont know if its part of the JPC fuel fitting assembly or a washer from the previous fuel fitting when i last drained the fuel.

Anybody familiar?

Looks like a wheel hub lock washer?

Good guess Mike based on the shape, but using the size of the grain pattern which looks like oak, I would guess that the O.D. of the part that Tomster wants us to I.D. is about 1/4" - 3/8" dia.
But I'm also just guessing...!!!

I think I have solved the problem. I reached out to JPC and although so far they didn't say what it was, it does belong to the fitting. It appears to be a retaining washer to hold the O ring inside the fitting. I'm glad I didn't toss it and I'm glad it isn't part of the OEM fuel fitting that would now be missing a retaining washer.
