Cotus changed my color

So cotusb.ford.com hasn't been working for me the past 2 weeks. I checked cotus.ford.com today and my car is now oxford white instead of magnetic, and it's going to a dealer in California instead of here in AZ.

Same vin, order date, and build number in the top left.

I called my dealer and he didn't know what was up and is looking into it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

Hey, I had the same issue and called Ford Customer service. I was contacted by the Regional Manager, and there was a system issue that has since been corrected. I'd give your dealer a call to make sure.

That's great news! When did you place your order? Mine was placed 5/12 with a delivery date the week of Aug 3rd

I had the exact same issue as you. Magnetic switched to white and an completely different dealership, sounds like they just had a hiccup in their system. It is all fixed today and my status even moved to in production.

5/19 and July 26-aug 1 expected delivery

Thanks Deysha, I sent you a message yesterday, I have an appointment later today and I don't mean to rush you, but I don't want to reapply for my loan if my vehicle isnt going to get here in time before my pre-approval expires again(they do a credit check every time which lowers my score)
