How can i tell the difference between corsa cat back SPORT / corsa XTREME by the looks, they are used and the seller can’t tell which one is sport and which is the Xtreme

I've never owned Corsa products so I honestly don't know, but maybe they stamp product numbers somewhere on their mufflers?

The only way to tell would be a part number stamped on the mufflers somewhere.

If the part number is stamped on the muffler, I would just google Corsa part #xxxxx and whichever system it is should pop up in the results
