corsa sport vs extreme

Yep, I just ordered the corsa xtremes. I've found myself wondering "how does the sports sound compared to the xtremes?" so many times. So this weekend I'm going to get out and record sound clips of my corsa sports, fly bys, etc. if it's not raining, and next weekend I'll do the same with the xtremes. There's only one video on YouTube at the moment I believe that does some comparisons.

Also, I just heard the corsa xtremes in person yesterday at the shop that's going to be installing mine. WOT and idle sounds between the corsa sports and xtremes sounded just the same IMHO; however, I didn't have a chance to ride in the guy's car to compare the sounds when cruising, etc.

When you do the videos can you just do steady throttle drive by please so say 20mph with very light throttle.

Every video out there is either idle or wot, be good to hear what they sound like when just cruising gently and slowly.

yeah, I paid 1400 a month and a half ago. I shout be asking for 1200. may be a can just to a steeda intake for some more engine noise. I dunno. I just want it a little louder. I wish there was some ppl near Clarksville/ Nashville w/ the extreme I could hear. I will be in tuscaloose al for the next few days if any body has one down there, id love to meet up and hear it.

I don't regret them one bit put them on the 2nd day I got the car. Only had the car about a month now and drive with my windows down all the time cuz they just sound that awesome. When are you heading back

xtreme is loud as it is. It is still ear piercing as just a catback.
I have another video of the xtreme catback alone vs my new set up with kooks catless and sport catback. xtreme catback alone is still louder.

Tone wise, sport changes. any exhaust will change when you add the headers. It most certainly is not the same as the xtreme.

I had to go with the Corsa Sports, I love the sound of the xtreme don't get me wrong but I don't think my car will go past a police car without getting pulled over down here. Corsa still make the best sounding exhausts.

If you're on the fence about the xtreme just do it. It's loud but some people on here pretend like they are Earth shattering loud. Just go really easy on it until you are out of your neighborhood and don't get in the gas really hard early in the morning. Sometimes my neighbor comes running outside just so he can hear me drive away. LOL Also, it's not loud when cruising. Shift into 6th and the sound just melts away.

This exhaust is just brilliant.
