The exhaust outlet sections have mesh look framing around the tips (shown) these are removable

No they do not...and the answer I got as to why was because it would show sub-frame components. I'm sure if people want to modify this piece they will.

Yeah, I'd want this to be mesh cutout like the 350 and show off my rear subframe parts, I WANT to show my Steeda rear bar and billet mounts.

there is always the oem one if ford ever sells it separately from the frpp package. i just hope the tips are removable on the oem.
