Hi guys been a while since I've been on been really busy with new house, another baby on the way and promotion at work means doing more work haha.

I've noticed that my fans are running constantly and it's so loud! Louder than my roush exhaust at idle!

Any ideas or should I take it to ford?

Are you tuned? if so, it'll be in the tune.

otherwise, very odd it's always on.

No tune mate. Yeah it's odd might be a dodgy relay or dodgy temp sensor...

Yes that seems odd I know in our tunes if you get the lower thermostat we run those fans all the time. But if you are stock then there is for sure a heat source that it is picking up or a faulty reading. I know when I was stock never heard the fans and after tune I hear the fans non stop

Yeah it is unusual. Anyone know how to find out if its a faulty sensor via Forscan or any other means?

Haha they're plug n play so unless the fan is driving them :cwl:
ah gotcha, i know some require an earthing wire, which some people have earthed to spots they shouldn't have causing issues.

Maybe you have a thermostat eating the dust, or, some shit in the rad, or low coolant? something that'd cause the engine to be close to overheating and cause the fans to kick in... you aint got any crowds stuck in your radiator have you?

Lol Idk about the crowds. I'll have to do a full check but the engine doesn't overheat the temp gauge is little below middle. Things I've googled seem to say dodgy relay so I can try that first I suppose
