coolant tank relocation

Okay I know this is going to be a dump question but I really was wondering so if it was possible if you relocated the coolant reservoir tank to be hit with as much free flowing air from outside of the car would it in return cool that reservoir tank and allow for a little bit more engine cooling and also is it possible to relocate the coolant reservoir tank without having to tune or worry about anything being wrong?

The radiator cools the coolant, job of hte resevoir is just to hold extra coolant for expansion and contraction. Cooling the expansion tank wont help engine temps.
