Funny how some people always feel the need to "allege" that they are the first to report a sighting of everything and anything. Be it a UFO, and Alien disembarking from a Flying Saucer, or a 2015 Mustang Convertible that was the first to be delivered. Odd, you think, it (wasn`t) the owner-buyer Posting his Race Red Vert in his driveway but a "friend". Yes, its possible that someone in the Metro Detroit area will in fact be the first to get their 2015 Mustang Convertible but me thinks this pic was simply "photo shopped".

Since I can only pull our own orders, the only thing I can see on yours is that Build date of 11/25 but no release date yet.

Got this reply from Rachel...

No changes yet for your Convertible; as of right now, I'm still showing it as in production, but built.

I've also saw that the Convertibles are going to beginning shipping this week. I have to admit, none of the ones that I'm tracking have gone on the road yet. I do have a couple "Awaiting Shipment" and "In Transit" but not moving. Hopefully that will change by the end of the day.

And when doing a search on Dealer Locator, all convertibles show at plant and not a single one shows in transit.

here's a sample of just a few. Once a vehicle is shipped, the brown part on the side turns green and it says IN TRANSIT instead of PLANT.

Did you only look for V6 convertibles or is that what's coming.

Anthony did your friend pick his up at the factory? Looks like a GT with 50th anniv package. I wanted the corral grille but it's not an option on the V6. NICE.

I might not make the same train since mine was built 6 days later, it's just nice to hear from Rachel that verts a starting to ship. My EDD was 1/26 maybe it will get to Colorado a little earlier.

I looked for all three ( V6 EB GT)

Still nothing in transit.

Does anyone know when the convertibles will show up in cotus? I have a build date of 12.17.2014 and EDD 2.2.2015
