I have a Race Red vert on order and have a vin. It was built on 12/10 and is now waiting for shipment. Rachel at Ford Service is tracking it since she let me know that vert orders are not tracked by COTUS. If you can contact her she should beable to give you updates and the link to get your window sticker.

COTUS is working for my GT Convertible.

Hello everybody! I just want to let you excitedly know that I put the VIN for my GT Premium Convertible order into COTUS at wwwqa.cotus.com just 2 minutes ago and my order is there! I've been trying everyday since my order was placed on 11/17 and the only place it has ever shown up has been in ETIS, until today!

I still get the message "A matching vehicle could not be determined. Please contact your dealer to get status updated about your order." at www.cotus.ford.com though.

Just to let you know, I clicked the link directly from this thread: 2015 Mustang Orders Placed Thread (Vote/Share Here)

Also, I am on a Mac and use Chrome as my primary browser, but COTUS only loads a blank page for me in Chrome.

I use Safari and it works fine. Why? I don't know. Good luck!

Little off topic...but anyone know about the whole having your name on the window sticker for retail orders? Where does it show up? Just on the actual paper version? First and last name? Curious as my wife and I are both on the order and was wondering what to expect :-)

Mine worked on PC with Chrome...once I added the missing ".ford" which ironically Safari suggested to me as I typed it in my iPhone :cheers:

OK, thanks, mine is missing as well, and it's the only item that is missing. I was ready to call my dealer and be all like : :rant:

I'm sure if the window sticker has it you are golden.

May have something to do with the fact that the build & price was missing axle ratios for a long time. B&P still didn't update that the Enhanced Security Package was standard on convertibles last I checked...and that still shows in my COTUS as an option on my car...keep in mind COTUS is still in Beta! :headbonk:
