'15 Convertibles can be ordered right now. However, the order will just sit unscheduled in the queue until Job 2 starts (which should be several months after Job 1 starts).
Are there any pro's or con's to ordering early(now) or waiting for a while?

LMFAO! That's what I get for not re-reading the thread! At least I read it all once and watched the video. Apparently others did not.

Job #2

So any idea when Job #2 (convertible) mustangs become available? I heard 1st quarter next year, way too long for me to wait.

From Raj Nair--- "The order bank is now open. Both the coupe and the convertible will be out before the end of the year."

Yes, you can order it now but any idea when Job #2 begins. My dealer estimates end or year or next year. What is the norm for Job #2 to start after the coupes?

I had this question a while back and at the time the info was the vert would be about 3 months later than initial launch. I wonder if that has changed.

Although when it comes down to it many of us who don't enjoy year round warm weather it is the same thing as delaying it until next spring. No point buying it in Dec/Jan only to garage it until spring, unless you need a new car ASAP.
Speak for yourself! What about those of us that fortunately live in either South FL or Sourthern CA?

Hence the reason he said "...many of us who don't enjoy year round warm weather it is the same thing as delaying it until spring..."

I have to admit as being a former New Englander born in MA, there are certain things we miss living here in the Tropics. Three immediately come to mind.
1. Runny noses
2. Wool rash
3. Chap lips

Well, I live in Norway (where we usually have winter 5-6 months) and I'll be driving the convertible year round :)
