....I just found out I am a qualified circus act after successfully installing a Steeda clutch spring.

This required going in the footwell on your back over the side sills while craning your neck up while pushing the clutch with your hand while trying to pinpoint the spring perch across your body while holding a flashlight.

But I did it. Very happy with the feel as I was driving with no spring at all for the past month. A little too heavy and the pedal seemed to have a little slop and would never return fully to its resting position.

TY Steeda. 35lb spring makes the pedal weight feel just right and takes leg fatigue away and still retains a very linear feel.

Wow, I discovered my contortion skills when removing the soundtube from the firewall! I swear, the Ford designers had a good laugh imagining owners working on some of those design features!

I found out about my flexibility while putting in a pedal max and tying the sucker down.

If you really think you're a contortionist....try removing the sound tube nut on the firewall.

Also,..try installing the pedalmax device under the dash by the pedals, I had to lay on my back in the drivers seat with my feet up in the air pointed to the rear of the car so I could look up under the dash and use my hands to get the darn thing installed, shoulder and back were a little worse for wear after that, lol.

With the spring I had my daughter press the clutch in with her right foot with her left leg folded up towards the seat front. This gave much more room for me than when we tried with her left foot. Once I clamped the coils with the needle nose ViseGrips the spring practically fell out. Putting it back in was done by hand with no ViseGrips.

This is the spring that should have been in the car from the factory.

On rear window I use one of these. At 6'2 I can not fit back there except sideways.

Eh, it still wasn't as bad as installing the Fiore clutch quadrant on my '04 Cobra. I was literally standing on my head doing that. I was sore for 5 days.

Pontiac Firebird sparkplug replacement...

My best friend found that the only way to replace the rear spark plugs on his Firebird V8 was to unbolt the engine from its mounts and lift the engine.
I have always believed that there should be a law that makes design engineers follow their own instructions before a product is sold to the public.

This is a fact...and it is a pita that should never have passed the drawing board. Dumbasses.
