So I picked up my car in April of this year and it only has 1500 miles on it as I haven't been able to drive as much as I like.

On two occasions now after night drives I have noticed significant condensation inside the headlights in the same pattern as shown in the pictures.

I have never has an issue like this on a new car. Does this require both headlights to be changed out at the dealer?

The car won't be able to go to the dealer until September when I move as I currently live in Manhattan and don't keep the car here for obvious reasons.

It goes away after a couple of hours but then will come back after a long drive, I have only noticed it twice both after extended evening drives.

Nope, the front headlights are vented. I inquired about the same thing and was told by Ford Performance it's perfectly normal for a vented headlight. It will go away over time.

That is interesting, I've never heard of that before. It does go away after a few hours but you still see it while driving at night which is quite unsightly.

If Ford wont warranty it I don't think I would or if you would want to but on older cars I've seen and done my self. Drill a very tiny hole in the bottom of headlight at the lowest point and it will never have condensation again. And being so tiny at bottom corner dust doesn't get in either.

Buddy of mine local to me had the same issue on his R and they were replaced under warranty. FP doesn't handle warranty claims, so I would suggest you go to the dealership if you are having that problem.

Headlights not closed properly, must be replaced or fixed.
