Collision Warning not Available and Warning Lights

What would be the cause of the lights on in the picture, I read the DTC codes and don't see anything there except a fog light is out. I got this warning like 2 months ago and it went away after a couple restarts. This time I did many restarts and even disconnected the battery for several minutes and it still pops up. The vehicle runs fine. Cruise doesn't work be cause of the collision warning.
I have a 2015 Ecoboost Mustang.
