Cold Start Idle Problem

I bought my 2015 GT new and it always cold started fine until a couple weeks ago. It used to go to about 1200 rpm and stay there for 20 seconds or so.

Now it struggles to find a constant rpm. It bounces between 700-1400. It even pops under the hood when the rpm drops below 700 rpm.

I am bringing it in to the dealer next week but any ideas what would cause this?
