I have the Cervinis Ram Air hood with the underhood air duct and was wondering what a good CAI would be without a tune for now? I know there probably won't be much benefit but would like one anyway.

Without a tune you probably won't notice a difference. As mentioned earlier, the stock box on the 18+ already flows very well.

The stock ambient air intake is fine for a n/a car.
