Coil overs or lowering springs with adjustable struts

So I’m having a bit of a delegate with my 2015 PP Mustang.
Currently I have the eibach sportline springs on stock struts and shocks and I decided that now after 1 season I want/need koni yellow struts and shocks.
However Somone was kind enough to point me in the direction of the ST suspension kit for a difference of $200 over the cost of koni yellow struts and shocks.

So now I really don’t know what to do and need some opionions and hopefully some advice should I change the whole setup to ST suspension ST-X kit or should I stick with the original plan of koni yellow with my eibach sportlines. I love the slammer look so I would be going low and leaving it low with the ST-X if that’s what I end up with.

Well, from what I understand, Konis don't like to be bottomed out. Maybe not the best choice for a really low car.

I don't know if I'd recommend any cheap coilovers tho either.

Albeit on a S197, I ran koni yellows and Eibach sportlines for 3+ years. Never an issue and when I sold them, they looked just as nice as when I put them on.

I autocrossed the car quite a few times, and it felt very stout. An IRS car would feel that much better.
