Coaxial lower door speaker?

I bought some Infiniti coaxial 6.5 inch door speakers to replace the stock lower speaker. Was planning on just cutting the wires for the tweeter. But thought I might try it out with it connected first. Question is, does the amp send that speaker any high frequencies or is it all just low? Do I even need to cut the tweeter wire?

I personally would not put the sound to the floor imo.

sounds better with dedicated low, mid and tweeter.
