I replaced my Clutch master cylinder on my 2020 GT, everything went fine, drives fine. However, two new things happen now when I go to start the car:

-A new message pops up requiring me to hold the brake and clutch to start. Before this, just the clutch was required to start, never had to brake.
-Now I have to hold the start button as it cranks to start, I used to just tap the button and it would start on it's own.

Again, the removal and installation went well, everything disconnected fine and was reconnected, both the clutch switch (2pin) and the master cyl (4pin) are plugged in. This is an updated Ford p/n, is this just what newer GT's have to do to start? By replacing the master, there's a new protocol to start? Is there a new jumper or something I'm missing? Does this require some type of BCM flash or something? WTF?
