Thanks! I really hate the stock clutch, the engagement point is too high and when I'm shifting at slightly higher RPM's (5000-5500) getting locked out of 3rd kills me. I am definitely getting the transmission bushing installed and then the clutch line, possibly the entire clutch! I'm planning to go to Steeda next week.

Edit: I am going to Steeda on March 9th to have the clutch line, transmission bushing, and an oil separator installed.

Got the car back today and the cable seems to have made a little difference. A little firmer pedal that grabs about half way up instead of closer to the top. What a job done by Evolution Performance. See post in Members Mustangs journal/projects under Green Machine.

Nice! That actually sounds like it's worth the upgrade for me! I think the transmission bushing and the clutch line are going to be a huge improvement. I'm planning to go back in April and install IRS support bushings to help reduce the wheel hop I have been experiencing. Also getting a catch can installed. Looking forward to my visit to Steeda for my first modifications.

It's funny you mention the IRS support bushings because while discussing the build with Evolution Performance today and the next mods needed (half shafts, a drive shaft & a clutch) they showed me the IRS bushings. Fred of Evolution was telling me that with the 668 HP I now have it would be smart to include them when I do the half shafts. Also, not to wait to long todo it because if a shaft breaks it is a good chance the Torsen diff would sustain a lot of damage also. Good luck on your build. Enjoy the ride.

Thanks! I'm pretty excited to start the modifications, I didn't do any on my 06.

Sounds like you have a real track beast on your hands! Enjoy your ride, it sounds pretty sweet! I hope you get the IRS support bushings soon.
