Clutch line connector leak - unknown connector

I couldn’t find a thread for this issue. I’ve got a 2105-mustang gt with a steeda steel braided clutch line installed years ago (2019-ish). It started to leak at the connector and I’m not familiar with this piece or if anyone has had this problem. The steeda o ring looks good.
The second photo is the part number of the line coming from the brake fluid system that connects to the clutch line going to the trans.
any advice on how to handle this or the potential cause?

I found a used line on ebay. Also, you can contact @LevittownFordParts and he'll help you identify the correct part number.
