The camera makes it seem like there isn't much space but there was. I gave a momentary pause to wait to see if he would merge over or not. He didn't take it, so then I did. Don't have time for these Florida drivers to make up their mind of what they want to do.Heh, I gotta say... You didn't give the Audi much space OR time. I don't think he was [or most people would be] comfortable making a lane change as quickly with as little space as you clearly are based on the way you passed that IS350... which honestly looked really dangerous, but I assume you just know your car's dimensions really well and knew what you were doing. I usually won't even attempt a lane change without at least twice that much space, and I consider myself a relatively aggressive driver.
Also, I wouldn't be my life on it, but I'm pretty sure that was a GS, not an IS. :-X
The thing is that it was kinda clear the Audi also tried to merge infront of the Toyota but he turned back, moments later you "steal" his spot. Not exactly chivalrous. The camera makes it seem like there isn't much space but there was. I gave a momentary pause to wait to see if he would merge over or not. He didn't take it, so then I did. Sorry but you drive like you are in a computer gameHere's one more in my 240sx:
Absolutely 100% random brake check, no reason for this guy to do this. No car in front of him either.
As I tell my friend who is learning to drive, once you pass your test you will drive 100% different, as you will not get anywhere. And does not matter how great a driver you are, its the others you have to watch out forAlmost got hit 2 times in under 30 seconds First guy was in a turn only lane and decided to go straight instead...
I was responding to someone advising people to erase a video of an incident that showed they messed up. You don't have any obligation to wave your hands and say oooh oooh I have a dash-cam that recorded the incident. But even if it isn't noted at the scene if you ever end up in court the other party is likely to ask you if you had a dash-cam and was it on at the time of the incident. Then if you say yes but no longer have a recording, you'll be asked why you don't have it if it helps your case. Unless you had been drooling and having a problem remembering your name when you were sworn in, good luck convincing the court you are that stupid. How would the court know that you had a functioning dashcam at the time of the crash? Genuinely curious. If I got in an accident and it was my fault, would it be illegal to not turn over the dash cam footage and then deny fault?
I saw that the Audi wanted to get over initially when he flinched in front of that Toyota, thus why, once the Toyota passed him, I didn't just accelerate to block him out, I allowed him an opportunity. The thing is that it was kinda clear the Audi also tried to merge infront of the Toyota but he turned back, moments later you "steal" his spot. Not going to try to explain that my actions were 100% righteous in this scenario because they weren't and in no way do I condone this type of behavior on the street but there was about 5 minutes on the highway where this guy was riding my ass for no reason, I would pull away, get into another lane away from him and he would come right back on my ass, I even tried slowing down, didn't matter, so for some reason he had a hair up his ass. But as you said, I have no evidence of this so take it as you will.Sorry but you call the Lexus driver a douchebag but you aren't exactly scoring points in this vid. Better to just let the Lexus driver be the douchebag (which there is actually no evidence of) and not try and have him drag you down with him.
Haha, the lightweight 240sx being lowered with coilovers and suspension makes it ride like a video game.Sorry but you drive like you are in a computer game
I got all my anger out driving when i had my old Capri, :frusty:
This is textbook reckless driving... why would you post this on the internet? This happened a couple months ago...
Guy in the white Lexus was riding my ass on the highway, we were kinda going back and forth in traffic. I would gain some distance from him, but then he'd be on my ass again. Well, I finally got off my exit and so did he, you see him fly by me in the turning lanes to turn left... After the turn the black Audi decides he wants to turn left to get into my lane, which I was ok with, and I gave him space (and time) to do so, but he wasn't making the move. So I decided to accelerate. As the gap widened in my lane, I saw Mr. Lexus was going to make sure I didn't pass him again, so I already knew he was looking to pinch me out... You can watch the rest...
Words cannot describe how tight of a fit I had to place my GT350 in this situation. What a machine.
honestly your driving was more reckless than his! christ, you're going to kill someone. This happened a couple months ago...
