weather is easy, any gps watch or phone can find the weatherTo be honest, I'm not 100% sure where the weather portion comes from. It might be done in transcoding based on GPS, time and historical weather data. The camera does have an internal barometer sensor though.
Boost, RPM, and other engine data is provided by the bluetooth OBDII adapter. Gyroscopic and speed data come from sensors inside the camera.
That's what I figured. It uses GPS & Historical weather data to populate the information in post-processing.weather is easy, any gps watch or phone can find the weather
look at the running watches
when you upload to the Garmin website has the weather on there
I rewatched it and I didn't like how my voice sounded hahaHey, jrt6t glad I'm not the only one cursing in the videos ;) Why'd you remove your post?
At least you are not talking to yourself or doing stupid voices, as I do when alone in the carI rewatched it and I didn't like how my voice sounded haha
:lol:I didn't mean to say they were in the car directly lol. However yes they were preparing the table for dinner. I call them late haha.^^^ Is you Mom doing dishes in the back seat?
The guy in front of me didn't really brake on time and he ended up on the road. Look closely you will see that I let space for him to back up and he did a little bit. What was I looking for in the first video? Watched a couple of times, nothing out of the ordinary that I saw...
Not really seeing "close calls" here just bad drivers. If those drivers frustrate you I can't imagine if you had to drive in LA rush hour. Here's another one today! Actually 3... in less than 5 mins! Sorry for the foreign language I was speaking French with my parent
Check at the end of the video:
This one thought it was a good idea to turn around here... (I didn't let him pass I was actually turning it in the drive way.)
I muted this video because of the bad language from the driver that cut me off earlier.
1st video isn't close call for me personally but for him and the other cars coming. the 2nd one however is really a close call. If I didn't brake on time I would've hit it. You can't hear on the video but my tires lost traction during the curve. 3rd video isn't really a close call either. Like you said it's just bad drivers:doh:. I heard about LA and yea it's almost like Paris lol. Personally since I moved to Austin I love it:love:!!! Totally different than Paris :eyebulge: Here in Texas people are so respectful on the road. (Ok... not always as you can see on those videos lol) I mean I enjoy driving in Texas every day since move here. Like my wife says: "It's call Southern hospitality":amen:Not really seeing "close calls" here just bad drivers. If those drivers frustrate you I can't imagine if you had to drive in LA rush hour.
OK, hard to tell from the video how far out they were then. Thanks for the clarification. The guy in front of me didn't really brake on time and he ended up on the road. Look closely you will see that I let space for him to back up and he did a little bit.
Second video- all too often for me, last time it was a BMW driver doing an inside-out "pinch" maneuver on dual lane turn.:doh:Here's another one today! Actually 3... in less than 5 mins! Sorry for the foreign language I was speaking French with my parent
