I need to get a camera. Didn't have any close calls lately, but yesterday I got cut off 3 times in about a minute. At one point I yelled out "EVERYONE SUCKS TODAY!" Of course, this frustration was carried over from being in the grocery store where people kept walking their carts into you etc. lol sigh

or you could just pull a Hillary Clinton and delete the F out of that ish :D
Which if caught can get you in a lot of trouble. That's spoliation of evidence. A judge can order that to be taken against you, or you can be hit with separate charges/fines.

I got the Thinkware X500 from best buy does everything I need and then some. I can add a rear facing camera as well.

All off my $14.00 dash cam since my black box G1W-C will not save to the SD card anymore :(.

I'm thinking of adding a dash cam especially after seeing some of the videos on here and some close calls on the road myself. It looks the thinkware f770 and blackvue DR650GW-2CH are some of the most highly recommended. Between the two, can anyone suggest which one I should lean towards. Also can you turn off gps on either one? And do either one offer inside view as well?
I'd say the blackvue is the best if you're willing to dish out the dough for it.

The thing is, all dashcams kinda suck in one way or another, regardless of price. Don't expect to reliably be able to read license plates, and completely forget it in low light.

Buy the middle of the road g1w-c and go with that. The more expensive ones still suck, but suck slightly less, and they make up for it by adding more features.

That was my thought process. You're never going to get great video from a dash cam because the sensor is so small. For me, I use mine in case I get in an accident and it helps prove who was at fault so it doesn't become a he said, she said debate.
