So this shit happened to me this morning. Wet and raining in Florida

After watching my first few videos from my dash cam I turned the audio off. There was too much of me yelling at other drivers LOL

I've owned my 2016 GT for 27 days and already had at least three close calls. A couple of drivers drifted into my lane and an idiot blasting through a parking lot, nearly T-boning me. A couple of aggressive drivers attempted to provoke me as well.

The worst yet is the @$$! in his pickup driving in the opposite direction who crossed 2-3 feet into my lane. I responded by moving closer to the right side of my lane, which prompted him to come fully into my lane aiming right for me. He mocked me as I raised my hands as if to say "what the hell?" People get mad when they see others with nice things.

You should be able to run your video through some video processing software to strip the audio for a youtube posting. I am prone to curse while driving, at least while driving solo. My main concern is that if I get into an accident, no matter whose fault, the insurance company or law enforcement may demand the video. And if there is 1-2 weeks prior of video, that could be embarrassing, if not problematic.

I strip the audio out when I trim the clips. I use handbrake. Works great and is free.

Dashcams usually separate videos into 5 minute chunks. Unless they physically take the SD card from you, there's no reason to send them everything. Send the related video to the incident.

Likewise, if you capture an accident (that you're not involved in), it's good practice to stop and give your email address or other contact info so that you can supply the parties involved with the footage.

You may have to full screen this one to see it, but basically the white car that pulled out almost got clipped by that jeep. The jeep actually looked like it tried to hit him too.

I have had my car for 2 days, and the BLIS makes a massive difference yesterday we had very heavy rain for the UK, people just don't look, in dreadful conditions they are speeding alone, Seeing that light on the mirror is a big plus, then when it goes out, look round and change lane
this is a video after the rain, nearly turned into a Mustang boat
As for the swearing, I usually put X Rated if i have a swear :)

For the GT owners here, the two *creases* in the hood are for the upcoming (2020) Photon Beam that should vaporize all those A$$ Holes while you're traveling.
I wish for this everyday. I hope it can be retro-fitted to prior models. Where's that Beer?
