Click or Pop while accelerating EBPP (not when shifting)

While driving my EBPP I can hear a click and or popping noise, and it can be felt it the shifter when it happens. It happens randomly and have tried to just duplicate the problem, but unsuccessful. When it happens I'm usually in 4-5-6 gear and gradually accelerating on level ground or going up hills. I explained this to the dealer and service has never heard of this before. It's a Roush Warrior Stage 1, not that it changes anything on the drive-train. It has 9000 miles and started about 1000 miles ago, just starting to notice it more than normal. I do drive it pretty hard, but I try not to launch it to much. :ford:
