I want to clear some old MyKeys and I’m having trouble clearing a couple I created when I first bought the car and would like clear them and make a new one.The owners manual says to go to on the Touchscreen SETTINGS, VEHICLE,MyKey,Clearing All,YES. The problem I’m experiencing is there is no MyKey to press on the Touchscreen after pressing Vehicle…I’m doing all this with the engine running …What am I missing here???
TIA

Your picture of the instructions says to switch the ignition on (accessory mode to us old-timers), but you say you tried it with engine running. Try it again by just pushing the start button once quickly, not actually starting the engine. And be sure you're using the admin fob, not a MyKey.

Digital cluster or the base anolog looking one?
IIRC on mine with digital cluster, it is in the pony menu or the gear looking button.using the steering wheel buttons.

I believe it is accessed via the steering wheel switches. It is on my 22.
Sho 'nuff! I just checked it on my '20 and the touchscreen has no MyKey option. It's under Advanced Settings, from the steering wheel settings button (the gear-looking button). That user manual pictured is bogus, or for a different vehicle.

I did try both ways with ignition hot but engine not running and running…as far as admin key I did see that mentioned but I’m not sure if have one that is designated as admin key so I did try it with both key fobs sitting on the seat.

If you're not sure which fob is your admin, try it with only one fob at a time present. That way, a programmed MyKey fob can't override access to the admin functions.

This car has more bells & whistles…Found it….you are correct….it’s under Advanced Settings and to my surprise I don’t have any MyKeys made but both keys are admin….now to further educate myself….usually I just toggle a few times to Sport + and what appears on the dash I thought were MyKeys I had created till I got to Sport mode….at least now I know how to create & delete them….thanx for the help. 😎

If you’re going through the toggle switches, you might be thinking of MyMode, which is different than MyKey. MyMode does not save to a specific fob, it’s saved within the different drive modes

Exactly….like I said too many bells & whistles….that’s what I was doing now that I know what’s involved with making a MyKey

The dealer has the admin key code as far as I know. My truck shows two for me one for them. Then I made another two.
