Hello everyone,
I’ve done some searching but can’t find anything regarding this subject.
I’m looking at the 1320junkie ported CJ v2. I’d like to go with a VMP 137mm monoblade TB. (Online says it’s for the 11-14 only) Has anyone ran this set up before on a second Gen? What is needed to make this a seemless installation, and has the tuner ( mine is PBD ) had any issues. I’m trying to build a NA 500+ Whp manual second gen coyote. Cams will be coming next after I figure out this manifold issue. My tuner recommended going with the VMP 67 mm TB. But I know the mono maximizes the power out put. Your suggestions and advice is greatly appreciated!

Maximizing power output (peak HP) may not really be what you want. Does the VMP 67 mm TB do better under the peak with mid-range torque and HP?

Chasing a HP peak number is pretty silly, look at the entire power curve.

From what I’ve been reading power curve on the monoblade is higher all the way through to about 8200 rpm ( with opgs ) the mono allows more airflow that the twin.
