OK, I have had a few Jim Beam and cokes, feeling a bit relaxed so might dribble a bit.

Just want to say that there are a lot of Mustang vendors out there, some good - some ok - some never again.

From my personal experience I find the CJ Pony Parts website the best to order from. Why? Because they have 'live support' which makes a big difference to me. I have ordered stuff from them and have then being able to change the order 5 mins later after placing it, because of their 'live support' feature. Not only that I find their website the most comprehensive and easiest to follow. But hey, I'm getting on in age, so maybe they just cater for us old farts as well. I am sure others will have their favourites but I find these guys are first class. Also when the order is placed, their tracking system is superior in my book to others that I have ordered through, especially in the early days of getting parts for the stang. I even know exactly which day the item is going to arrive. Brilliant.

And no, I am not a paid employee of CJ Pony Parts, nor an ambassador or anything similar, just my personal experience since ordering the stang. I hope others have good experiences as well when ordering.

I've ordered from them 3 times as well and whilst I've never had to use the support, I don't have anything negative to say about them.

I'll second (third!) that. Great parts and the total system from order to delivery is spot on.
Ordered bonnet struts on a Friday, delievered the next Saturday (8 days..)

Also the fact that they approached Lloyds to make rhd floor mats front and back for us was a big tick in my book. I was looking long and hard without any luck. Top quality too.

Yeah, like any business, they are there to turn a profit, but l find they do listen to their customers, even the smaller rhd market. Hope it continues.

Just browsing through their site, they have a massive range of Mustang related stuff. The only problem for us Aussies is that any low priced items are blown out of the water by postage costs. Saw this great Mustang hat on their site for $18.99, but when you get the postage it adds $28.00.

A$63.00 (US$47.00) is a lot of money for a hat and more than I could justify and it keeps popping up in the adds on the forum just to taunt me.

Sometimes it a bonus being so far from the rest of the world, but sometimes it sucks!:frusty:

Agree on that mate, I love the gear and prices CJ have, I'm even friends with Chris and Bill. I've bought a few things but yes the postage kills it! I've gone to some other vendors and their's haven't been as high. I'm not sure if CJ can look into a better international courier or something?

I had the same thing. Excited to order some parts till I saw the postage then decided to put it on hold. I could almost fly over the get the parts my self! haha

Need to find a more economical international shipping method. I can ship an exhaust on eBay from the USA for $120 AUD but on a web site its $400 ?
