Got some suggestions from Youtube... seems it could be my MAF sensor being clogged/dirty. I do have a K&N filter and I have learned they tend to do this to the MAF over time. I will clean out the MAF this week and also install new spark plugs. I will update this thread for people's reference.

I just started having this same problem! I'm at 29,000 miles. It did it to me in the middle of Washington DC rush hour in stopped traffic. I feared it was going to stall with the idle continuing to drop and go back so I turned the AC off and it helped a bit, but didn't fix it. Eventually, it did end up stalling when I went to put it in reverse to back in to a parking space - started back up fine though. Still makes me uneasy because I don't know what the problem is!

My issue got resolved by changing out the Spark Plugs. From other forums which helped me, stated that 2015 models had a known issue with the spark plugs not being gaped properly causing this issue. I see on your profile yours is a 2015. My suggestion is to go to Ford Service dealer since you are still within warranty. I am out of warranty so I changed it on my own. I went with the NGK 6510 from TUNE+ since I am going Pro Tuned by TUNE+ as well. In case you want to change out or check your spark plugs, I made a video of it.

Our cars(2.3) don't have a MAF sensor, we have a MAP sensor.
You can clean out the MAF if you can find it. :lol:

Huh? I was referring to your previous post and stating we don't have a MAF sensor, we have a MAP sensor. My car is fine. I'm stating the facts, just don't want somebody to hunt around for something that isn't there.

Issue came back!!!! The Cobb Tuner is reading from the ECU that the Fuel Pressure is Low. Going to take it in to see what is going on. Out of warranty, so fingers crossed, I can get it repaired at no charge... Keep everyone posted.

I've had fluctuating idle issues in the past with my '05 and pulling/cleaning the throttle body cured the problem every time.

60K is for power train.... 36K is for the other stuff... Will keep everyone posted to see what what was the diagnosis and fix. Going to need to pay out of pocket, buuuuuu....
Going to add extended warranty from here on. Anyone know of a good one? Ford offering me for 36K miles for $2,000 (must give $200 up front and then pay monthly about $100 for 18 months). The deductible is $100 for any/all repairs.

Alright peoples the issue was diagnosed and repaired. The issue... Fuel Injector Pressure Sensor and the Fuel Vapour Hose. Had to pay about $500 for this, but at least I get 12K miles / 1 year warranty on it. The most expensive part of that cost was the labor at $350.
