My 2013 Boss 302 got L&M intake only cams installed along with TSS OGs and MMR CS. When I brought the car home I noticed this chirping sound at cold start once the RPMs drop to normal idle, even when I removed both the AC belt and serpentine belt. Thinking it was a bad tensioner, I took the car back to the shop and replaced both primary tensioners, chains, and guides. The shop wasn't able to replace the secondary tensioners due to change in design (the new ones that ford make are shorter than stock). Chirp is still present. I even tried unplugging the electrical connectors thinking its the solenoids but that had zero effect on the sound. Car runs fine but I want to fix this sound. Has anyone experienced this before? I would appreciate any inputs before I take the car back for the 3rd time $$$. My next plan of action is to check my spark plugs, order new MMR secondary tensioners (the one that includes the flip bracket for the driver side). I'll attach a video below.

The problem seems to be isolating the noise. Perhaps an auto stethoscope, a paper towel tube or even an old broom stick (cut down of course) would be helpful. The parts cannon certainly doesn't seem to have done the trick.

Did you ever get resolution on this issue ? I’m going through this now, 2 dealers can’t get rid of it…
