Yea, I noticed all the interior interior dress up bits are from China. I guess Mustangs are selling well I China. I personally wouldn't get any of them. All of them are just stuck on with double-sided tape and look gaudy. The only interior bits I'd want to put in my car are true replacement parts (steeda aluminum hood release lever, steeda aluminum reverse lock out collar, OEM premium dash trim, etc).

The only "upgrade" part I bought that was designed in China is the Sintegrate 8" Navi, and that's because I'm too cheap to buy the $4k premium package or get the $1800 Sync3 upgrade from OEMradio.

I did buy the chrome headlight switch bezel. It was sent with almost no protection (a small baggy, and wrapped in a very thin piece of foam) and got smashed in the middle. It never mounted up well and also didn't match the same chrome finish as the factory trim. I promptly took pictures and said if they couldn't find a better way to ship one to me, I'd like a refund me. They refunded me and said I could keep the bent piece of metal.

You may luck out, if you choose to buy something.
