Removing window trim chrome parts

Anyone know of any good how to guides? Also looking for help with the part numbers for the black replacements?

Hard to say, since I believe only the LE 2015 models came with chrome over here. The door trim would be easy, but often the quarter windows are sold as one-piece with the glass and gasket.

Here's the Quarter Glass:

If you go to a Ford Dealer, maybe Tasca or Levittown, they should be able to translate these to the actual part numbers for Left and Right sides.
