Shifter Chrome Surround

I have a 2016 GT 6mt and the "Chrome" around the boot is delaminating. I had this problem with the cup holders nad just bought new trim. What are people doing for the shifter, and can you get just the chrome, or is it the whole leather boot and all?

I have only seen the chrome trim come attached to the boot. There are covers for the trim piece in carbon fiber or colors.

I was working on a custom starter button with Kevin Rodricks (CEO and managing director). Initially it was going well, and then he just ghosted me. It was frustrating. I gave up.

I don't think an overlay will work, unless I can peel all the chrome away. It's lifting bad. Just wondering if there was an aftermarket solution that also came with the boot, or even just replaced the chrome with even an actual metal surround. Might just go to the dealer and see what they want for a new piece.
