Unfortunately he didn't give any info or specs on the wheels/tires but I asked the question so hopefully he responds. Pretty unique setup in terms of the offsets. The rear offset is very aggressive, not for everyone but I think it looks cool:

Those look to be the Rohana RC22s, that guy likely wanted to run the 11"s in the rear but Rohana does not make the high +50-55 offset needed.
Looks like he probably went with the 20x11 +28 which sticks out about 23mm further out than a 20x10.5 +45 flush fitment we normally recommend.

Yeah I know it's not for everyone and I probably wouldn't do it, but I think it does look kinda old school badass. I grew up at a time when a lot of muscle cars would have wheels tires that stuck out past the fenders.

Yeah I think the aggressive offset of the rear wheels/tires really compliment those nice rear shoulders and lines of the car, particularly from the front 3/4 view at the start of the video.

Those tires are not stretched much at all. Heck cars like certain Porsche's etc come from the factory with similar "stretch." And if he went too wide he would rub for sure. Maybe you don't prefer the look, but there is nothing wrong with a little stretch in certain setups and it's often purposeful.
