Hi so my car has been throwing codes p2006 p2007.
P2006-Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Closed (Bank 1)
P2007-Intake Manifold Runner Control Stuck Closed (Bank 2)
My car has a procharger HO kit and at about 5-6k rmp the car feels like it stops making power to 7K.
I talked to procharger and they told me most likely I have hooked up the Vacuum lines wrong at the front of the intake.
Since those codes are for having stuck IMRC plates.
To check the vacuum tee on the front of the engine that has the check valves in it. Its main source of vacuum for those IMRC plates.
I have had the kit on my car for probably about 8 month and it started to throw the code and have this problem for about 3 weeks.
Should I just buy another intake with the IMRC parts in it and install it?
Or would a IMRC delete be a better choice?
Here are some pictures of how I have the Tee installed.
