According to this forum, http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums/index.php?/topic/64840-2015-fusion-energi-dtc-code-c21200/, that is not a valid format of a code for an OBD 2 scanner. Perhaps call up ford and see what that code is.

It shows as being a "History" code. I'd clear it and see if it comes back.
