Any updates on this? Curious to know if you've identified the problem.
Right now the car is fastlane Motorsports in N.C. getting looked at. They installed the blower. I will update once I hear back, hopefully nothing major.

How exactly are we dragging butt? If there are any delays from us I don't know about it. Let me know if there is anything I can do.

Did you have timing and OPG installed?

No I did not, to be honest I have been very easy on this car, no track/ drag strip. Only 7k miles and had over a year now. Codes were misfire and cam sensors. They mentioned something about oil not getting to one side of the engine?

Does installation of the OPG and timing gear sometimes cause slight cam movement?

Slightly off topic question... what is the common CEL code that comes on after Whipple install, but typically goes away after a few cycles of deleting the code?

Thanks.

This may seem like a dumb question but what oil are you running? Cam phasers are oil sensitive

Hopefully you get it sorted out soon. 30 days at the installer sounds crazy. Unfortunately, with the warranty, many places will put you on the back burner as they already have your money and any warranty work is not going to be a priority to them as there is no profit in it. Be diligent with them; but keep your cool. Good luck!

Timing gears can cause all sorts of issues during installation.

Denergize relay, if you hit clear 5-6 times it goes away.

If wiring is correct, no pinched wires which we have come across, it's most likely a mechanical issue.

If its not a pinched wire and sensors are good, its most likely mechanical. There are known issues of debris on the cams causing issues (micron size) and other issues with the phasers.
